On April 12, 2024, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) carried out an inspection at Central Processing, Inc., located in Los Angeles, to assess risks related to foodborne biological hazards, according to data posted on the FDA’s website.
The FDA’s final report recommended that Central Processing, Inc. voluntarily implement corrective measures to improve its management operations.
