During an inspection on April 26, 2024, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) cited Worldwide Flight Services in Los Angeles twice for violations related to foodborne biological hazards, according to data posted on the FDA’s website.
The FDA website indicates that the citations were delivered to the company as follows:
- ‘You do not have a written HACCP plan that outlines controls for a food safety hazard that is reasonably likely to occur.’
- ‘No one associated with your firm has completed the required HACCP training or is HACCP qualified through job experience.’
The FDA routinely inspects facilities across the nation to determine if the workplace and their products are compliant with FDA-regulated laws and regulations implemented to improve overall public health. Inspection results are then disclosed publicly.
