The City of L.A.’s Sanitation & Environment’s City Facilities Recycling Program (CFRP) will be collecting unopened toiletries to donate to the St. Francis Center and LA Sanitation’s Livability Services Division, organizations that provide support to the City’s unhoused residents.

Residents and businesses are invited to donate the following items:

  • Soap
  • Shampoo
  • Conditioner
  • Toothbrushes
  • Toothpaste
  • Mouthwash
  • Razors
  • Shaving cream
  • Deodorant
  • Feminine Hygiene Products

Donations may be dropped off Monday-Friday, 9AM-4PM at the following locations except for Monday, May 29, in observance of Memorial Day.

  • East Valley District Yard, 11050 Pendelton St., Sun Valley
  • Harbor District Yard, 1400 N. Gaffey St., San Pedro
  • West LA District Yard, 2027 Stoner Ave., Los Angeles
  • West Valley District Yard, 8840 Vanalden Ave., Northridge
  • North Central District Yard, 452 San Fernando Rd., Los Angeles
  • Public Works Building, 1149 S. Broadway, Los Angeles – Lobby
