On Friday, Feb. 28, former Alhambra High School standout Mateus Conaway’s current college team, the Utah Utes, won 13-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the California Baptist Lancers.
The game took place at James W. Totman Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Lancers this season.
The Utes’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 12 p.m. at Riverside Sports Complex against UC Riverside Highlanders.
