On Friday, December 29, three former Salesian College Preparatory standouts, including Nevaeh Asiasi, Silivia Fonongaloa and Sofia Fidelus’ current college team, the Cal State Los Angeles Golden Eagles, lost 70-78 in their NCAA D2 game against the Pepperdine Waves.
The game took place in Malibu, California. This was the first matchup against the Pepperdine Waves this season.
