Congresswoman Sydney Kamlager-Dove, who represents California’s 37th district in the U.S. Congress, addressed several issues on November 2, 2025, through a series of posts on her official social media account.
In her first post at 18:06 UTC, Kamlager-Dove highlighted efforts to provide food assistance amid legal actions regarding federal SNAP funds: “As we work to enforce two court orders directing Trump to release emergency SNAP funds, @CountyofLA is surging food assistance to those in need. Food is available for pickup now at your local @LAFoodBank food pantry. Find the nearest one to you: https://t.co/5rblUvODIq”.
Later that day at 19:41 UTC, she commented on international affairs and ongoing ceasefire negotiations: “Glad to join this letter. All parties must be held accountable to fully implement the ceasefire agreement and build a path toward lasting peace so Israelis and Palestinians can live in freedom, security, and dignity in states of their own. https://t.co/jzlCmRH4RD”.
At 22:16 UTC, Kamlager-Dove expressed support for federal employees affected by a government shutdown: “Our federal employees keep this nation running, yet Trump is punishing them during this government shutdown. I stood with our TSA workers and air traffic controllers to call out this disgrace. I’ll never stop fighting for our federal workers. https://t.co/To3RwWskrt”.
