In her first tweet at 21:17 UTC, Kamlager-Dove wrote, “This man is actually deranged. He’s risking the safety of every American. Sydney Kamlager-Dove has served as a member of Congress since 2023 after succeeding Karen Bass. Prior to her tenure in Congress, she served in the California State Assembly from 2018 to 2021 and in the California Senate from 2021 to 2023. She was born in Chicago in 1972 and currently resides in Los Angeles. Kamlager-Dove graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1994.
