Congresswoman Sydney Kamlager-Dove, who represents California’s 37th district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of tweets on February 20, 2026, addressing recent developments related to tariffs and alleged corruption involving former President Trump.

In her first tweet, Kamlager-Dove responded to a Supreme Court decision concerning presidential authority over tariffs. Later that day, Kamlager-Dove addressed concerns about a reported financial transaction involving an Emirati royal and questioned the approval of AI chip sales to the United Arab Emirates under Trump’s administration. She stated: “Yeah, I bet that $31 million kickback from an Emirati royal was a real ‘blessing’—at least in the short term.
