Essam Heggy, who specializes in environmental and climatic research in arid areas, will provide insights into water exploration on planets and the Moon.

Mahta Moghaddam, an expert in radar technologies measuring the impact of climate change, and Costas Synolakis, specializing in tsunamis and disaster mitigation, are also part of the lineup of USC experts available for interviews during Earth Month.

On the biodiversity, conservation, and ecology front, experts like David Caron, Carly Kenkel, and Jim Moffett will share their knowledge on harmful algal blooms, coral reef biology, and marine chemistry, respectively.

For those interested in the business of sustainability and energy transition, experts such as Paul Adler, Shon Hiatt, and Travis Williams will offer insights into organization design, sustainability in global energy sectors, and renewable energy technologies.

The roster of USC experts also includes individuals focused on environmental health, environmental law and public policy, as well as additional experts covering various environmental aspects from climate science education to green computing.

Throughout April, USC encourages individuals to engage with these experts to deepen their understanding of environmental challenges and explore potential solutions for a sustainable future.
