The City of Los Angeles commemorated 311 Day on March 11th, celebrating the MyLA311 service, a non-emergency hotline that offers residents a platform to request city services, report issues, and access information about city programs and events.

According to a statement, "With the MyLA311 app, City information and services are just a few taps away." This service allows residents to easily request popular city services such as graffiti removal, pothole repair, and bulky-item pickup. Additionally, the app provides access to the City Services knowledge base, a map of nearby City facilities, City Social Media feeds, and more.

Residents interested in learning more about the MyLA311 service and its functionalities are encouraged to visit the official website at https://lacity.gov/myla311. The platform serves as a convenient tool for residents to engage with city services and resources efficiently and effectively.
