Congresswoman Sydney Kamlager-Dove, who has been serving California's 37th district since 2023, shared her concerns on social media regarding various issues she addressed during recent congressional activities. Her tweets reflect her engagement with critical topics involving government accountability and immigration perceptions.

On March 6, 2025, Kamlager-Dove tweeted about a meeting with Pete Marocco, a figure associated with the January 6th riots and referred to as the shadow Secretary of State. She noted that "January 6th rioter and shadow Secretary of State Pete Marocco had no answers for me about the programs he froze or people he fired at USAID during our meeting yesterday." She also mentioned his focus on "made-up foreign drag shows."

Later that day, in another tweet from March 6, 2025, she discussed her demands in a House Foreign Affairs briefing for transparency from Peter Marocco regarding program terminations at USAID. Kamlager-Dove stated that "I demanded that Peter Marocco release the receipts on the programs and contracts he terminated at USAID." According to her tweet, Marocco complied by providing the requested list.

In a subsequent tweet posted on March 6, 2025, Congresswoman Kamlager-Dove criticized comments made by members of the Republican party concerning immigration status. She expressed concern over their stance towards immigrants regardless of legal status or citizenship achievements. She remarked that "The Republican party just said the quiet part out loud."
